One of the highlights of completing the two-year Diploma of Interior Design at the Design & Arts (D&A) College was realising how much I love 3D modelling and rendering. It comes naturally to me to think and design in 3D. I also love the challenge of creating the materials in the model so that they render as naturalistically as possible.

I’ve been modelling in SketchUp since it was launched over 10 years ago. See my models on the 3D Warehouse, which are frequently downloaded and liked. https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/user.html?id=1622049180209476877025611

Below are some of my renders for the diploma. There’s a story and class project behind each one of them – and detailed plans as well.
